Tree Radar's intelligence engine continuously ingests data across dozens of streams — weather event telemetry, municipal permit filings, property transaction records, utility outage reports, satellite canopy imagery, and more. Every raw signal goes through a multi-stage validation pipeline: we cross-reference it against independent sources to confirm accuracy, filter out noise, and assess the signal's strength as an indicator of actual tree work demand. From there, our scoring model weighs factors like property canopy density, owner tenure, recent activity patterns, and urgency window to produce a ranked lead score for each property. What you see in your feed isn't raw data — it's intelligence that's already been cleaned, validated, scored, and prioritized so the highest-probability jobs surface first.

When you're on Pro or Territory, each lead card has a "Send Text" button. Tap it and your phone's native SMS app opens with the homeowner's number and a pre-written message already filled in — tailored to the signal type. Storm signal? The message mentions the recent weather. New homeowner? It welcomes them to the neighborhood. All you do is hit Send. Starter users can still see the pre-written template and copy it manually — you just don't get the one-tap auto-fill.

After your first 30 days, you'll be billed at your plan's regular monthly rate (Starter $99/mo, Pro $249/mo, Territory $599/mo). You can cancel anytime before the billing date with no penalty. We don't lock you into annual contracts at launch — we earn your business month to month.
